Set within all the fun and excitement of Luna Park and offering spectacular views of the harbour, My Clubhouse is the best party venue ever!

The Party Package

By celebrating your party at Luna Park, each guest receives;

• A Go Wild Unlimited Rides Pass
• On weekends, a special appearance from Lunabob & Lunabelle!
• Carnival party food and drinks
• Free Invitations
• A reserved party table in the Party Room for 1.5 hours and fun filled tunes from our Juke Box
• 2 Free entries into Coney Island for parents

The special child will also receive a Luna Park present from our gift shop!

• $37.00 (3 - 8 years)*
• $43.00 (9-12 years)*
  $50.00 (13 years+)*

Party Menu 

Each guest will receive a hot dog, chicken nuggets and hot chips.
All meals are served with unlimited soft drink!
Ask our coordinator about our healthy menu option that is available upon request.

Extra Menu Options

Parents are welcome to bring their own birthday cake, but we are more than happy to organise one for you.

- Chocolate or Vanilla Sponge $30.00 (serves 12)*

Lolly Bags are also available at $3.00 each*

Photographer

Let our photographer capture the memory for you. For just $15.00, you can take home a 6 x 8 photograph of all the children at your party. The remaining children will then have the opportunity to purchase their very own 6" x 4" copy for just $5.00 each.

Payments

We require full payment 7 days prior to the day of your party. Please note that your party cannot be confirmed until this payment has been received and that final payments are non-refundable.

Payments can be made by credit card or cheque to Luna Park Sydney Pty Ltd.
(Please note that cheque payments require five working days for clearance)

Fast Facts

You don't have to be having a birthday to celebrate with a party at Luna Park. Children's Parties are also ideal for school, social and sporting groups.

Size of Groups
Bookings require a minimum of 10 party guests.

Party Meal Times
You can choose to book your table in the Party Room for 11am, 1pm or 3pm.

Wet Weather
For the safety of our guests, if the weather is extremely inclement we do reserve the right to close the Park. If in doubt, please phone (02) 9922 6644 on the day.
Please note: If the Park is open, the parties are still on.

Supervision
Entry to Luna Park is free so supervising helpers and parents are welcome to come along on the day.
Each booking of 10 guests’ receives 2 free entries into Coney Island complimentary. If there are any additional persons who wish to enter they are required to pay the $10 entry fee.
Please note that while a coordinator is in My Clubhouse for your assistance, we cannot provide direct supervision of each table or of children while in the Park.

Cancellations
Once the final payment has been processed (7 days prior to the party date) party bookings cannot be cancelled or refunds issued. However if 48 hours of notice is given, booking details can be amended and party dates changed.

Food Allergies

Please specify if you need special dietary consideration when booking your party.
The menu of hotdog, nuggets and hot chips may contain traces of peanut oil, peanuts and other nuts.
*They may also contain fish, dairy products, shell fish, eggs

You need to undertake the following:

• At time of booking specify the type of allergy.
• Staff will then advise if food is available for your needs, or if alternative measures need to be taken e.g own food brought in
• Please note: We will do all we can to provide a safe environment for the parties, but all responsibility is given to the parent/carer of the children.
• If your own food needs to be brought in for allergy requirements, please do so in a sealed microwavable container if it needs to be re-heated  
• On the day of the party/function , identify the child with the allergy
• Please ensure that children do not swap food. In common eating and food preparation areas, where there are children with severe peanut allergy, separate the allergic child from the other children.
• Ensure if the person with the allergy has his/her emergency medication with them (Epipen)
• Please familiarise yourself with the on site first aid service in case of a reaction
